The N🤝twork
Dear Creative Creature, I'm organising this free online network for creatives to connect, showcase their work, and open up space for collaborations. In a recent blog on AI music, Oi Oi Ai, I said AI users should 'just reach out to collaborate' with artists. But I know that despite the moral dilemmas, there can be other issues too — especially if you think you don't have the budget for a collaboration, are naturally more introverted, fear rejection, or can't seem to find people you'd like to create with. The idea for this network came from my being triggered by AI music, pondering human contact and our innate need to create, and our rejection of AI art as a replacement. This directory will be separate from social media apps, is open to all, and will always be kept free of charge. The layout will be simple — the directory itself in alphabetical order, with an announcement section to keep us up to date with new projects. This will not be a static directory — there will be key features to make the space as dynamic as possible. The network is not reliant on social media and is separate from AI. It's a word-of-mouth effort to build the network organically, so do share with others. This space is to serve you — to encourage your creative practice and facilitate connection. This Network is for us, not AI — in service to our affinity with art and our shared humanity. To learn more about the Network, click here. If you're an artist and would like to join and share your art, email me with the subject line: NETWORK. From your fellow human, Rose
Announcements

This section will share up-to-date news on upcoming events, live performances, projects, and more — showcasing the work of each artist on the network. If you have something to share, let us know — we'd love to celebrate it. Check back regularly to see what's happening and who's sharing. When emailing me with an announcement, please use 'Network Announcement' as the subject line.
The Directory
Can be multiple — for example, poet, host, painter, etc.
Name. Art. Email. Link. Bio
A few lines max.
If the link is directed to social media, let it be a post showcasing your work not a profile. When clicked, it will take the interested party straight there.
