Dear Dreamers, welcome to the fourth blog in our seasonal gifting series! The products featured below have been specially chosen for the "Dreamers Remedies" identified in my previous blog last Sunday. If you haven't yet taken the gifted remedies questionnaire and discovered yours, I'd suggest you do so before you scroll down. Take a look at last week's blog, then come back here to explore your chosen products. With love & dreams, R.

Remedy 1. Gifts to try: A meditation with a wildflower. The ABC Dream Oracle—to mirror the quiet truths within. A beautiful journal with a favourite pen. Quiet time with a calming hot brew.

I recently found @ventforchange on Instagram. They offer a wide range of sustainable stationery, utilise recycled materials, and with every purchase, support a child’s education. I’d say they’re a go-to. Shown in the photo above is their Recycled Ball Pen in Cherry.

For this remedy, I prescribed a meditation with a wildflower. This Thistle Shield Wool Scarf from Burberry is the perfect companion for it. It's at the top of my wish list.

For inner truth and intuition, we must spend time alone with our own thoughts and feelings—free from distractions. Ink to paper is a therapeutic way to connect with yourself. You can invite your inner world out by writing what is trying to be said. Reading back the words from your inner worlds is like reacquainting yourself with deeper truths that we sometimes struggle to verbalise. As shown in the photo above: a Moleskine notebook—preferably unlined.

The ABC Dream Oracle is the featured product in this gifting series. It’s the product I created and is my offering for dreamers. When used as part of your self-care practices, it’s a beautiful way to key into your own inner truths. It guides you back to yourself—it doesn’t try to guide you.

Quiet time with a calming hot brew is another meaningful activity. Sometimes we can’t schedule long stretches of time each day for solitude, but we can stretch out the time we have to ensure moments of silence. Your morning tea or coffee—or any time throughout the day—is perfect for this. I love Yogi teas (gift box shown above), especially for their affirmations. I never throw them out with the tea bags; I keep them all and tuck them between books or into drawers, so I rediscover them later as surprise finds.

For inner truth, I often need an uncluttered space and simplicity—though this isn’t the case for everyone. This Royal Copenhagen White Fluted Full Lace Cup and Saucer is, for me, perfect for sipping on some sacred solitude.

Remedy 2. Gifts to try: A candle to focus your breath. A calming essential oil. The ABC Dream Oracle—to name and gently release what weighs on your heart. Time spent beside a local pond or body of water.

"I decide my tune." "I decide my tune." Since writing this last week, this mantra has stayed with me. Whose melody are you humming along to? Have you written yours yet? Life is beautiful in the way that we can all sing along with each other, but be sure that your song is still being sung, that your life is being lived with you as you.

Keeping organised ensures the chaos is kept to a minimum, and spontaneity can still enrich our lives with surprises. The 2026 Moleskine planner, in the colour shown above, is a neat way to keep on track of your schedule. Be sure to schedule time for yourself, and make sure it's not wasted on things you detest. Having a wall calendar is a great visual way to review the year, month by month. I love turning over the page twelve times a year to see the photo for the next thirty-odd days. The Wildpress Wildflower calendar, shown above, is available at Waterstones.

Time spent by your local body of water is also a beautiful way to release what's inhibiting your sense of calm. As the light changes across the water’s surface throughout the day, we are given an incredibly natural and mesmerising healing show of nature's calming beauty. Feel as the wind brushes against you. Ask it to take with it what you'd like to let go of as the water washes it away.

Fire is another element of purification. Light a candle from Bramley (rose, spearmint and peppermint) and focus on the calming flicker of the flame. Even if it moves erratically, it's still soothing to the nervous system, and when you blow it out, release what you wish to. Another product for a scent-infused way to feel calm is from Neal's Yard. Their Chi Aroma Diffuser is also visibly soothing and an aesthetic addition to the home.

My gift for dreamers, The ABC Dream Oracle, is another tool for calm and release. Pull a card to focus yourself as you tune into your own tune.

Remedy 3. Gifts to try: A "daydreaming date" for a wild walk with the trees. Dancing like an acrobat and singing while you're at it. The ABC Dream Oracle—to nurture your imagination. Art supplies of your choice.
Remedy 3. Gifts to try: A "daydreaming date" for a wild walk with the trees. Dancing like an acrobat and singing while you're at it. The ABC Dream Oracle—to nurture your imagination. Art supplies of your choice.

Dancing like an acrobat and singing while you're at it were prescribed for this remedy. Another is walking: moving your body while you travel from place to place, staying attentive to your surroundings, smiling at strangers you pass, and chancing upon new locations. Walking is healing, walking is therapy, walking is play. I've met so many friends and found new favourite places through walking.

A place I love to visit is L. Cornelissen & Son (gift voucher shown above). Stepping into their magical little shop is like time-travelling into an artist's dream den. I’d highly recommend visiting in person. For art supplies, you can also try Cass Art (watercolour set shown above); I’d suggest their store in Islington.

Daydreamers know how to play, and The ABC Dream Oracle is the daydreamer’s go-to. Think of a word and spell it out with the deck to revive a sad and tired heart, and to be reminded of your innate joy and wonder.

A day without a sweet treat is not a day well spent. The solution? Sweets, cake, chocolate, fruits, and nuts—though fruits and nuts with chocolate are even better. @upupchocolate (another Instagram find) makes child labour-free cocoa! 10/10. It should be the only way! Gift yourself and the dreamers in your life a treat that hasn’t robbed a child of their childhood.

The final product for this playful remedy is a super cute, handmade knit from @franmakestuff—this starry-eyed jester shown above is one of my favourites. She makes many unique pieces. Take a look.

Remedy 4. Gifts to try: The ABC Dream Oracle – to anchor your creativity in mindful intention. A ticket to a pottery or craft workshop. Gardening, wreath making, or arranging fallen leaves. A basket of textured fabrics, clay, or natural wool.

Staying grounded on this earthly plane is a necessity for us humans. If, during the winter, you opt out of going barefoot on the surface of the planet, then, along with your gentle daily stretches, focus more on connecting and grounding through the process of consciously caring for your hands. When I'm floating off too far, reconnecting through my hands is a key way I stabilise my being—it's a daily practice, a necessary ritual for me. Give your hands a massage using the Bramley Lavender, Geranium & Petitgrain hand cream. Hand massage is great for your physical health and is also emotionally stabilising; through the physical act of self-care, you reconnect with your body. Your hands are always reaching, grasping, doing—take care of them.

Our hair is also an extension of our nervous system. Take time caring for it. The Neal's Yard Rosemary & Cedarwood Hair Treatment is a lovely product—the scent of rosemary is very grounding (do some research on the healing benefits of the plant)—and you can brush out the worries that accumulate throughout the day with the La Bonne Brosse N.07 in cherry, available at Harrods. Give your scalp a little massage too.

The ABC Dream Oracle is a beautifully tactile product—shuffle through the cards and pull a letter to ground your dreams.

When gardening, arranging fallen flowers, or creating a wreath, the SUWADA Flower Scissors from @japanhouse are a go-to gift for the gardener in your life—whether they dream outdoors or while tending to plants inside.

Natural textures are another way to soothe and ground the body, through the feel on the skin and the energy of the fabrics. Gift a basket from Sostrenegrene as a grounding element for a home, to be filled with natural fibres.

Remedy 5. Gifts to try: Create and cook a new recipe together. Paint each other's portraits. The ABC Dream Oracle – to spark conversations that weave your dreams together. A gallery getaway to escape into art. Tickets to an immersive exhibit, a planetarium, or live music.

"It is safe to create together." What about starting with a recipe? You can create and cook a meal together to nourish your bodies and beings. The V&A Exclusive Kathleen Kersey Parrots Oven Glove and the Jessie Meave Green dish towel from Gluckigluck are two products to use while you're cooking. I love the colour palettes of both—two more items added to my wishlist.

For Remedy 5, book a bookshop date where you can gift each other a book of your choice, or opt for the gift card from Waterstones for the dreamer in your life to explore their books of choice.

Feedback from people using The ABC Dream Oracle as a group or in a pair has been so lovely. It came as a warm surprise that many enjoy using them with others, to connect, share, and create together. Pull a card for each other, discuss what it means to you, and create around it. From the letter chosen, write each other a note.

A shared gallery getaway is another prescription. Escape together into the dreams of dreamers past through the art they've shared.

Whether cooking at home, out on a dreamer’s date, or painting each other’s portraits, sip from the matching Skye Homebrew Piccolo set of 2 from @glazecup.

Remedy 6. Gifts to try: Curate a gentle playlist of soul-soothing songs. Create a bouquet together. The ABC Dream Oracle – as a centrepiece for deep conversation. The softest blanket you can find for a cosy nest for two (with matching socks).

Over the winter season, our souls need extra nurturing. 'Tis the season to be cosy, and it's always time to be kind. To be tender and intentional with your time, create cosy spaces inside to welcome loved ones.

The SYMFONISK floor lamp speaker from Ikea can play the playlists you curate together. The Strawberry Thief Quilted Throw in Crimson from Morris & Co can be the blanket you snuggle under. The Four Seasons Spring Vase in Green from Asprey can be the vase you use to display your co-created bouquet. The ABC Dream Oracle can be the deck you use to deepen your nurturing conversation—tuning in and being attentive to each other's inner beings and dreams. The Candlestick Rocaille from the archives at Gien can hold the candle you light with love. A candle from Thomas Street (No.12 Clean Cotton) can add another glow to the air, with the additional element of a fresh and cosy scent to help the space embody the feelings of safety and comfort. The hand-knitted socks from The Knotty Ones can be the final touch to keep your toes cosy and warm, from a company that is intentional with its time and that honours its workers.
