For yourself, and the dreamers in your life.

Welcome. Click on the butterfly link below to take the Gifted Remedies Questionnaire.
Once you have completed your answers and have discovered your special remedy, scroll down here to find it. No peeking until then.
See you back here soon, R.
(P.S. I wasn’t able to design it here on the blog, so I created a separate webpage.
Honestly, it took forever to make a digital flow chart—there are so many arrows. Have fun!)

Remedy 1: For Inner Truth & Intuition
When your soul is calling out for attention, please listen. To its whispers or cries—it’s time to reconnect with self. Hear yourself above the noise of outer day-to-day life or inner turmoil. Release distractions by scheduling moments of silence or taking a deep breath to create space within your mind.
When meditating on Remedy 1, I pulled the letter W from The ABC Dream Oracle. This card calls in quietude and serenity through daydreaming. Daydreaming is direct access to inner realms; by daydreaming, you have pure and direct communication with yourself. Daydreaming allows your inner truth to speak. This practice of listening through your daydreams will deepen your introspection and strengthen your intuition.
Mantra: Solitude is sacred.
Gifts to try: A meditation with a wildflower. The ABC Dream Oracle—to mirror the quiet truths within. A beautiful journal with a favourite pen. Quiet time with a calming hot brew.

Remedy 2: For Calm & Release
When meditating on this remedy, I pulled the letter F from The ABC Dream Oracle. I was surprised at first—a core message of this letter is to focus. But isn’t it so true? Often when we need a sense of calm and release, it’s because we require clarity. Our well-being feels at ease when we are in alignment and have a pristine sense of self and a clear direction. It need not be mapped out, but it does need to feel as if the path is of our own making.
Your path and desired destination are unique to you. Release all that is weighing down on your authenticity by focusing on your own light. When making choices, check in with yourself: what feels calm and at ease, or what vibrates against your soul’s tune? The static will tell you when to return to self. Be sure to listen and notice when another twists your dial out of place.
Mantra: I decide my tune.
Gifts to try: A candle to focus your breath. A calming essential oil. The ABC Dream Oracle—to name and gently release what weighs on your heart. Time spent beside a local pond or body of water.

Remedy 3: For Creative Freedom
When’s the last time you went on a play date? Does this seem like an odd question between adults? I suppose it does, but isn’t that sad? I worked at a Primary School for many years, while also babysitting off-work hours, both to survive financially while studying, but also because children are the best. All that time spent with them was absolutely wonderfully lovely. If I were the prime minister, I would make it mandatory that each citizen has to volunteer as a playworker or teacher (and do public gardening). Play is essential—without it, our souls gradually shrivel up and perish from despair.
So, take a break from your routine. Try something new (or old) that brings you joy. But you don’t really need to schedule time to play because having a playful attitude turns everything you do into fun. I pulled N from The ABC Dream Oracle for this Remedy. Its message is nurturing, and that’s what play does: it nurtures and nourishes our souls. Children are natural dreamers because they are allowed and encouraged to play. Children who are not allowed this right are stifled. Creative freedom unstifles us; it bolsters our confidence through playful exploration and brings us back to life.
Mantra: My day-to-day is full of play.
Gifts to try: A "daydreaming date" for a wild walk with the trees. Dancing like an acrobat and singing while you're at it. The ABC Dream Oracle—to nurture your imagination. Art supplies of your choice.

Remedy 4: For Grounded Creation
Would you recognise a photo of your own hands among many? How much attention do you give them? Look at them now—turn them over, stretch out your fingers, give your palms a little massage. Thank them for all they do, all they endure and create.
It’s deeply soothing for our nervous system and so rewarding for our spirit to create something tangible with our own two hands. The tactility of this physical process of creation feels so fulfilling, natural and allows us to ground our creativity into something real. Go, get your hands dirty. You don't have to paint a masterpiece—not at all. Even making your own bed is a physical process of care and creativity. A few ways I'd suggest are sticking your hands in some soil, making dough, and trying a new hairstyle (yes, doing your hair is creative and grounding).
From The ABC Dream Oracle for Remedy 4, I pulled the letter G, which is all about grounding our physical bodies with the earth. As dreamers, we can often drift off as if floating beyond the sky. While this is beautiful, staying connected to our physical experience and this beautiful soil we were born from is equally important. We can stay connected to our physicality and keep our roots grounded through our physical creations.
Mantra: My daydreams are rooted.
Gifts to try: The ABC Dream Oracle – to anchor your creativity in mindful intention. A ticket to a pottery or craft workshop. Gardening, wreath making, or arranging fallen leaves. A basket of textured fabrics, clay, or natural wool.

Remedy 5: For Shared Creativity
Sharing your time with another and creating memories together is an extremely creative process. Your life becomes a shared canvas. Souls sharing their finite time with each other are like artists of a shared dream; with time and shared experiences, you create a shared life. Nurturing heartfelt connections is a creative endeavour—one that requires tender care. Through each other, you can discover new dreams; you grow, change, and emerge anew. Our relationships alter us as people and dreamers.
The card I pulled from The ABC Dream Oracle was the very last letter, Z. This is a deeply reflective message—one that calls on us to embrace the change that conclusions call for with courage. Relationships require such courage - our relationship to self and others. The best connections awaken you to yourself and help unearth your authentic dreams through the affections of another. Sharing your creativity and dreams with another is a deeply intimate experience—one that requires a strong sense of self partnered with sincere vulnerability. To share your time is to share your life, to share your dreamer’s spirit. This is your required remedy, so be brave as you build memories through shared imagination.
Mantra: It is safe to create together.
Gifts to try: Create and cook a new recipe together. Paint each other's portraits. The ABC Dream Oracle – to spark conversations that weave your dreams together. A gallery getaway to escape into art. Tickets to an immersive exhibit, a planetarium, or live music.

Remedy 6: For Nurturing Presence
The card I pulled from The ABC Dream Oracle is T, which focuses on time. This letter calls us to gift our time with deep comfort and togetherness. In moments of quiet presence—making tea, brushing teeth, taking a walk, sharing memes, getting cosy, sharing our bare souls, or sharing silence—through these daily shared moments, we gift compassion and kindness.
Through gifting time, we can practice tender attention; creating sacred soft spaces where souls feel safe enough to rest and where hearts feel light and dreams take flight. I'm allowing myself to get a bit whimsical and romantic, but that's the whole point. How deep will you dare to venture? How much of yourself will you let be? Through the practice of unconditional care for another, you can learn to feel the same way about yourself.
How many other dreamers do you support? What about yourself—is your self-love as strong as for those you care for? Do you allow yourself to love? Do you nurture your dreams with the tenderness they deserve? Do you allow others to try to?
Your remedy is to create a shared cocoon of tender care, honesty, and affection. This cosy nest of safety will liberate your inner dreamer. Time created with shared love is truly the sacred gift of a lifetime.
Mantra: I am tender and intentional with my time.
Gifts to try: Curate a gentle playlist of soul-soothing songs. Create a bouquet together. The ABC Dream Oracle – as a centrepiece for deep conversation. The softest blanket you can find for a cosy nest for two (with matching socks).

Final reminder, dear dreamers,
This is a moment-to-moment guide. Your answers may change with the seasons of your heart—return as often as you need. I hope these simple remedies will aid your daily daydreaming. Be sure to always trust and nurture your inner dreamer compass.
Love, Rose.
