Some Thought Sketches & Scribbles of late.

I asked the dolphins what to do, and they said to keep our fear cerebral — to allow and maintain a heightened acute awareness, but to ensure it's all held around our eyes. It's essential for foresight and clarity, precision and decisiveness. But do not let despair enter your tummy. Don't let it pass down to your heart. When you feel it in your throat, refocus, navigate back to a central point between your eyes and hum.

Tired feet (toes) and tamed blooms.

I walked around for a while without a wild plant in sight, gasped when I saw this one, only to find it grew in the designated flower bed — but it was still unplanned, I suppose. The meticulous weeding and the frightening couple of days of pesticide spraying by the gardeners in the community have wiped out all the shoots of green emerging from the ground. I miss them. Just give it a few days and they'll be back, but it still scares me when wildness is tamed, even if temporarily.

I was looking through an old file...

to find other notes and saw these. I can't quite remember now, but I think this was just before The ABC Dream Oracle came to life. I had made a few other alphabetical oracles at that time as presents for my mum's birthday, hand-crafted. They were worded according to her numerology of the year. I planned to make 12 decks in total for each year/lifepath number but my inner dreamer had other plans.

(A mantra for mankind to make mankind kind)

Do you keep a diary or review your notes from years past? It's amazing to revisit where your mind was at and see how your soul flourishes when you don't deny your daydreams. Some thoughts come and go, ideas spark and disappear, but the desires and core of you never falter. Happy to note my spelling has improved, a little. A memory I have from year 2 is my teacher shouting at me furiously, he was so frustrated because the task was just to copy the words from the board and I still spelt them wrong. Poor Robert. But a poem is still a poem even if the words are spelt incorrectly. It never stopped little me then. Anyway, I thought I'd share these screenshots here with this blog as they'll seed thoughts for later projects shared.

You can listen to the song mentioned here:

The true nature of man is being distorted and normalised. Perverse desires for dominance are not innate and natural. This is not men. This masculine power being sold to boys' poisoned minds is an ultimate weapon to weaken a soul for consumption. Don't let yourself get gobbled up. And don't despair against this disease of the spirit — it's not you; it's an entity. Don't host it in your spirit. Put up a fight. You're not fighting against your true nature — you're grappling with a programming. We've all been groomed for centuries. Don't be duped. The dominance and submissive duality is deceit.

I rest my eyes on sky and green. The soil is breathing through my skin.

The more I realise how pervasive and aggressively intentional the evil in this world is, the more I question if the destruction of this planet isn't a by-cause of greed and waste but the main purpose. A planet so alive and abundant — those that wish to crush awe and beauty must hate such a conscious and perfect planet, our earth.

If that is an agenda, those of us who love our earth — those of us are most of us — should let the earth know often. Remind the earth of your love. Caress the soil, plant a seed, whisper a love letter to a tree, pour altered altar water from your spirit back into the drains, exhale your love.

Let this planet feel your gratitude and love. Pouring out your love, feeding the planet with your love, nourishes your love and feeds your soul with the same unconditional love that flows from the soil to the skin. Breathe it in.

Beliefs etched into bones, soaked up by blood and buried.

Convalesce

Waves coalesce as they crash

onto the shore,

calling back the land once more.

Over and over,

they swell and fall -

the water of the moon and my body.

I'm not the salt of the earth,

and I'm definitely not its sugar.

I'm just of the earth,

like us all.

If I let the ocean take me,

as a shark or a shell,

would my skin still long

for the soil?

P.S. Sometimes it's not that you have no interest in what someone has to say,

it's that you know it's in your best interest to not hear what they have to say.

(do protect your peace

& do dream

& do bloom as you are,

Love, R x)
